Temple of my familiar

Temple of my familiar

Years ago I read a book by Alice Walker called Temple of My Familiar. While this painting has nothing to do with that book, the title is appropriate for me.

  10. I loved reading that book and all her works, in fact. This is a beautiful painting - it reminds me of the forests in Thailand and their specific fragrance! heavenly

  15. There is a great peace in your Temple of the Familiar. It's an overcast day here and this piece feels like that to me, but the sun is starting to peek through and my own temple of the familiar will soon be lit up.
