Remembering my Dad

He has been gone since 
January 2000.
"Papa Choo-Choo"
Three days into the new century
A train whistle blew a long low moan.
When I heard it, I knew
it was for my Dad.
Sure enough,
soon after,
he said "goodbye" to this world.

Remembering him this day
and always
with love.
