Today however I can only speak
of what goes against my nature:
gun shots this morning
in our neighborhood high school
two teenagers dead

Yes it can and did happen here.
The school where my children went.
The school where my neighbors
children still attend.
I know these kids.
When will it stop?
How many tear drops?

i recorded a 20/20 special last night. the mother of one of the columbine shooters wrote a book. what signs she missed that her son was flailing. so heart-breaking...all of it.
