Present moment awareness

This photograph was taken last week by my friend Mother Henna.
We were in the vortex at Sheep's Crossing/Crescent Moon Ranch in Sedona. The sounds of the water, the gentle breeze, and the tranquil background playfulness of others nearby only served to enhance our peaceful experience.
It was the first time I 'd met Mother Henna. She is wonderful soul. We spoke of the Dalai Lama and his
vision of peace that starts with the individual.
