There are alot of things going on this month.
As a treat to myself I plan to participate in some art challenges.
Following the Masters has a Van Gogh challenge. Different Strokes for different folks has an interesting perspective of people in an airport. The perspective is from above looking down. Virtual paintout is visiting Nova Scotia this month, so I will have fun looking for,finding, and painting, a scene from Google street maps.
Also this month I am joining Leah. In conjunction with Nanowrimo,she is is hosting Art every day month
I hope this is the catalyst to get me motivated to do more art. All of the above mentioned challenges are posted on my sidebar if anyone is interested in trying any of them.

and the gift of a new month.

ReplyDeleteLove the chair, Gemma. I remember having to paint a chair once and I had such fun finding the perfect chair photo (I checked out books even!) to convey the mood of the piece! LOL I can't believe I missed hearing about Nova Scotia! I have a friend who lives there so that will be fun!
