Roasted Hatch green chile

 My grandson Tommy and I went to the Hatch Green Chile Festival a few days ago. The chile's are grown in Hatch New Mexico and are some of the best tasting in the world. They range from mild to XXX hot.
LOVE it. Our family is honestly addicted to chile.
We bought a gunny sack full. (about 35 lbs)  They roasted them for us. All we had to do was bring them home,bag them and freeze them. We will share these bags with friends and family.

  1. I LOVE spicy dishes, particularly curries, and I LOVE XXX hot chillies! What an interesting process in roasting them.
