Haiku My Heart

 Montezuma's well
Screaming hawks and eagles fly
giant turtles bask

spirit on the wind
 knowingly comforts my soul
All is as should be

  10. "All is as it should be" is the perfect conclusion to these two haiku--birds fly and turtles bask; the spirit on the wind at this sacred place makes itself known. I can actually feel the positive energy from your words and photos. Beautiful.
In photo 2, are those Anasazi dwellings back in the recesses?
    Thanks, Gemma.

  13. Beautiful images Gemma. I lived in the Southwest for a year and spent a lot of time around Indian rock dwellings. There is something so sacred about the land and the spirit of the land, I agree. Thank you for sharing.
