Out in the desert
my sisters await fry bread
tis my photo op
Luckily for me I have two wonderful sisters.
We get together as often as we can.
Sometimes we go on road trips far and wide,
hike canyons, visit ruins, go to old churches, stop at casino's,
go down water slides, visit antique shops,
try on hats
and whenever possible
we stop for fry bread.

ReplyDeleteI never had the opportunity to try it in the States but I'd heard that Indian Frybread is delicious!

ReplyDeleteI can't imagine anything better than having that kind of a relationship with a sister. I am so happy for you!

Three sisters on a journey for fry bread. Sounds mighty fun to me.
ReplyDeleteI have 2 sisters too.
ReplyDeleteI never, or hardly ever get to see them.
Sisters are one of the best inventions-ever!
And fry bread? never had it, but how could any bread be bad?

Happy times, Gemma. I just had a fry bread taco yesterday for the first time in years and years. Soooooo good. Decades ago, making fry bread was a regular experience in my kitchen. I'll have to try it again. It's the best comfort food.
