haiku my heart

walking stick bug found
by three mischievous kids
curiosity

it's twig-like body
crawled onto my grandson's hand
moving gracefully

this unique insect
a haiku unto itself
quietly exists

  6. How fun! A very interesting creature wonderfully described. I wonder if it ever makes a sound.
