Walking in this world

Recently I signed a contract with myself that I would
walk 20 minutes a day.
While walking: I will quiet my mind, be here now,
listen to the birds sing, enjoy the flora and fauna I see. 


My walking time is for thinking the best possible outcome
and solution for whatever is on my mind.
No worrying on my walks.

    but soon it will be nice,
    soon.
    I got out on Saturday for a little jaunt, not really a jaunt,
    more like an old lady hobble.
    How long does it take a rib to mend? More than a week I guess.
