Recovering a sense of integrity

Honest changes

We are now in our 4th week of the Artist Way.
I have done my morning pages every day since we started!
That is an amazing accomplishment!!! I can hardly believe it myself.

It just shows that I am more serious about TAW than ever.
That being the case, I plan to do the NO READING task this week!

NO READING?

What will I do?
Here is my list:

What is the purpose of a week without reading?
It is to make room for those honest changes to take place. A time to play and be alone with yourself. I've never done this task before so I look forward to see what happens.

I imagine I'll feel disconnected from my blogging friends since this requires a break from blogging/reading blogs.
Wish me luck!
See you next week.

  4. Can't wait to hear how it went for you! A couple of years ago I was in a group that followed The Artist's Way from start to finish. I found that a lot of it made me cranky. Guess I just don't like being told what to do all the time, lol....

  5. Your list itself is a beautiful work of art. I have to say I am with Nicole. I tried TAW too. It didn't make me cranky, just disinterested. Guess I have to do my own thing? Whatever that is...lol. xoxoxoxoxo

  8. Your list reads a little better then mine would.
I only had one goal today after work as to clean one self in closet in my hall way and purge 10% and so 4 games are going to the thrift store.
I hope some nice family gets them and enjoys them.

    Coffee is on.

  9. I remember the 'no reading' week, was one of the hardest (most tempting to 'not do') tasks when going through the Artist's Way, though it really was worthwhile. Hope you're having a great week.
